Injctr provides a platform and services focused on aesthetic medicine practice partnerships, support for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, business management services, marketing support, and related communications. Services may include:
Partnership opportunities and application processes.
Practice management tools and resources.
Appointment scheduling, reminders, and communications.
Marketing and promotional services.
SMS/text messaging, email, and other notification services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
4. Account Registration and Security

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Injctr in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You agree to waive any right to jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis (no class actions).
